Collaborate Canada - Ottawa 2018

Many government departments have large numbers of legacy applications that they wish to implement in Dynamics 365 CE.  Rather than creating individual bespoke applications for each legacy app, our approach is to identify the high level business process for each legacy app, group similar processes together by business process, and develop generic "foundation" CRM solutions for each business process.  These foundation solutions can then be implemented and configured to meet specific needs.  The session will include looking at a specific Government of Canada example that is currently underway at the Public Prosecution Service of Canada.
